ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Frank Loughlin State Farm Agency is searching for a competent team player who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a Frank Loughlin Agency Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers while remaining diligent in the acquisition of new business. We offer a competitive compensation package. Insurance experience is preferred but not required. Good customer service skills and the ability to work as a team are essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
